Minimum dimensions: we decided to develop the length while maintaining a constant width of 280 mm, optimal in MRL systems. Brake opening, while the system is operating, is ensured by 4 coils connected to each other in series, 2 by 2. However, the electrical connection at the terminal box output is in parallel to ensure the elevator stops even if only half the brake functions (test required for several type-approvals). The rated direct voltage (DC) values required to supply the DF system are: ​205V – 180V -104V – 60V – 48V. (Other voltages on request) To improve the precision and sturdiness of the rotating parts, the system couples directly with the shaft of the machine with the aid of grooved profiles, thereby avoiding the need for adapter bushes in between. The DFXY braking system normally functions with an electromagnetic release which, however, can become manual in an emergency by unscrewing purpose-made release bolts (standard equipment). On request, the system can be fitted with a manual release lever, which can be installed before, during or after the machine has been fitted on the system.

Standard frames We make flat frames or frames with divertors ​for all our products. Our geared and gearless elevator traction machines include standard frames, to adapt to the installations. Upon request, we design special frames to fit every requirement.

G-200 is a gearless model with permanent magnet synchronous motor and die-cast aluminium casing. Extremely silent operation, essential in roomless installations. Easier adjustment of all the main elevator inverters available on the market. Equipped with the proven DF modular braking system developed and manufactured in-house by Alberto Sassi in the Crespellano production facility (BO). Driven by a 16-pole motor. Performance: without ventilation: up to 240 starts/h – 40% duty cycle with ventilation: up to 240 starts/h – 50% duty cycle Available in 2 versions TC – with centred sheave, positioned between motor block and main brake TS – with higher torque for high performance. The waterproof and dustproof IP66 system can be added to the version without fan and brake levers.

G-300 is a gearless model with permanent magnet synchronous motor and die-cast aluminium casing. Benefits: anodized on the surface to guarantee resistance to external factors; with vertical finning for improved heat dissipation; equipped with height-limiting, lowered terminal box. Extreme quiet operation, essential in roomless systems. Easier adjustment than all major inverters for elevator use available on the market. Equipped with the proven DF modular braking system, developed and built independently by Alberto Sassi S.p.A in the Crespellano (BO) plant. Mounting high-efficiency and silent axial fans on the gearless G-300, achieving +20% drive torque* compared to the fanless version. G-300 T2 version: The greater increase in drive torque had to be compensated by an adequate safety margin on the emergency brake to meet the stringent A3 amendment limits. The T2 series, therefore, mounts a DF02 brake with a certified minimum braking torque of 1300 Nm but retains the same fixing spacings as the T1 series. Available in 2 types TC with centered pulley, positioned between motor block and service brake. T0-TS-T1-T2 with cantilever pulley, TS and T2 versions with enhanced motor torque for high performance. In version without fan and brake levers, IP66 water and dust resistant can be added.

Le boccole Jolly SIBO sono nate dall’esigenza di trovare una soluzione al problema della riparazione delle sedi danneggiate di una qualsiasi macchina da lavoro (MMT, Agricoltura, Drilling, Mining etc) o parte di essa e/o attrezzature. Nel particolare, questa boccola presenta una superficie interna indurita a 58-62 HRC e rettificata, ed una superficie esterna (compresi i due relativi piani), morbida a 40-42 HRC che può essere rilavorata (tornita) fino alla misura del diametro necessaria. Lo spessore di questa speciale bussola è più alto (>7.5 mm) di quello standard per potersi adattare meglio a qualsiasi tipologia di sede (che a causa dell’usura ha perso la sua misura iniziale). In questo modo, anziché sostituire sede e boccola, sostituiamo quest’ultima con una boccola Jolly tornita a misura nel diametro esterno, permettendo così di riavere interferenza ottimale tra sede e boccola risparmiando tempo e costi.

Lavatrici a cesto rotante costruite in acciaio inox. Utilizzate per il lavaggio di componenti di semplice geometria che non necessitano di lavaggi particolari. Sono dotate di tutte le sicurezze e sono impianti di semplice installazione e manutenzione. Il serbatoio di lavaggio è completamente separato dalla cabina di lavaggio per limitare la presenza di vapori all’apertura del coperchio. La rotazione viene azionata da un motoriduttore, il lavaggio avviene per spruzzatura a pressione di acqua calda miscelata ad idonei detergenti.
